In 2025, we were pleased to announce Defendable Technologies' Stewart McMichael as the recipient.

The Selection Process
The award process begins with peer nominations, where team members put forward colleagues who exemplify our values. From these nominations, a shortlist is created and reviewed by the executive team, who evaluate each candidate.
