This newly introduced category is especially meaningful, as it’s a people’s choice award. The winner will be selected by organisations that have signed the Veteran Employment Commitment, making this recognition a true reflection of impact within the veteran employment community.

Brad’s nomination is a testament to his unwavering dedication to creating meaningful career pathways for veterans and their partners. Under his leadership, our organisation has championed inclusive hiring practices and built programs that empower veterans to thrive in civilian careers. And while we may be a little biased, we believe Brad’s contribution is not only significant, it’s award-worthy.

We also want to extend our congratulations to all the nominees. Your collective efforts are helping to build a stronger, more inclusive future for Australia’s veteran community.

The Prime Minister’s National Veteran Employment Awards recognise the achievements of Australian organisations that make significant contributions to the employment of veterans and partners, as well as celebrating the achievements of individual veteran and partner employees and entrepreneurs. The 2025 Awards theme is ‘Celebrating our growing community’.
